ASSAYCO does not stock or ship products directly. Orders are fulfilled by our brand partners through Shopify Collective and by Printful, depending on the item. This means your order travels straight from the partner who made or produced it, not from a centralized warehouse.

If you order pieces from different brand partners, they will arrive in separate packages. Each package ships independently with its own tracking number, so you can follow every item from the moment it leaves the jeweler.

Our collection spans a range of materials and price points, from solid 14K gold and .925 sterling silver to gold-plated and gold-overlay finishes. Stones include lab-grown diamonds (AGI and IGI certified), genuine gemstones like blue topaz and amethyst, created moissanite and sapphire, and cubic zirconia. The exact metal, stone type, and carat weight are listed on every product page so you know exactly what you are buying.

Shipping and production times vary depending on the product, fulfillment partner, destination, and carrier. Any estimated delivery date provided at checkout or in your order confirmation is an estimate, not a guarantee. Tracking information is sent by email when available.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging with all tags attached. You can request a return directly through your account — no need to email or call. Log in, find your order, select the items you'd like to return, and submit your request. We'll review it and send return instructions with the correct return address.
